Chapter 50. Parks and Recreation |

50-8. Closing of park. |
|
(a)
No person shall enter or remain in the park after the posted closing
hours except by written permission of the township board.
(b)
No person shall use or occupy any area or facility in the park when
such area or facility is closed to the use of the public by order
of the township board.
