62-95. Regulation of parking and storage and prohibited conduct.

The parking of a motor vehicle, the gross vehicle weight of which exceeds 20,000 pounds, or the parking of a commercial vehicle or commercial motor vehicle in a residential area, including but not limited to parking on public and private streets, is prohibited, except as provided for in Section 62-96.

Except as provided in Section 62-96, no person shall park or store any commercial vehicle or equipment on private property in a residential district other than in an enclosed building.

The parking of commercial vehicles and commercial equipment in a residential district shall be limited to use of such vehicles or equipment in the performance of a service to the adjacent property for the period of time necessary to complete such service, as outlined in Section 62-96.
