62-98. Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to a penalty not to exceed $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
