76-492. Carry-out restaurants (excluding drive-through facilities).

Adequate ventilation shall be provided to ensure that any odors associated with any food preparation will be confined to the site so as not to create a nuisance for any adjoining residential parcels. All such ventilation systems shall be maintained in good working order at all times.

Evidence of the type and adequacy of any such such system shall be provided and approved by the Charter Township of Chesterfield Building Department and the Macomb County Health Department.

Side and rear yard setbacks for restaurants may be increased when adjacent to residential zoning districts.
