Chapter 50. Parks and Recreation |
50-14. Utilization of pier. |
(a)
No vehicle of any type, motor driven or otherwise, shall be permitted
on the pier extending from the boundary of the park into Lake St.
Clair. By way of example but not by way of limitation, the term "vehicle"
shall mean any minibike, motorcycle, dunemobile, snowmobile, converted
snowmobile, all-terrain vehicle, amphibious vehicle, bicycle, tricycle,
cart, wagon or similar device.
(b)
No children under the age of 10 years shall be permitted on the pier
unless accompanied by an adult. For purposes of this section, the
term "adult" shall mean a person 18 years of age or older.
(c)
No boats or other watercraft of any type shall be moored to the pier
extending from the park or any section of the seawall forming its
easterly boundary.
