Article XIII. Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Special Land Use Approval |
76-486. Amusement device centers located in a shopping center. |
(a)
Permission. Amusement device centers may be allowed in the C-2 district.
(b)
Requirements and conditions. Requirements and conditions shall be
as follows:
(1)
All such uses shall have public access only from the pedestrian
areas.
(2)
Adequate on-site security for the shopping center shall be provided.
(3)
Noise associated with the use shall be confined within the tenant
space so as to not constitute a nuisance to adjoining or nearby tenants.
(4)
There shall be no more than one device for every 50 square feet
of area specifically designed for such use (excluding areas used for
other principal and accessory uses). The total number of devices in
the designated area shall not exceed 125.
(5)
Such use shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable
regulatory ordinances of the township.
