Article XIII. Planned Unit Development (PUD) and Special Land Use Approval |

76-489. Automobile repair and service centers. |
|
(a)
Permission. Automobile repair and service centers may be allowed
in the C-3 district.
(b)
Requirements and conditions. Requirements and conditions shall be
as follows:
(1)
All repair activities shall be confined to the interior of the
building.
(2)
No outdoor storage is permitted.
(3)
An adequate means of waste disposal shall be provided.
(c)
Environmental provisions and parking requirements. Environmental provisions and parking requirements shall be as required in articles V and VI of this chapter. Measures shall be taken to ensure that any noise, dust, smoke, odor, fumes or other negative environmental impacts are confined to the site.
